Delete your PrayUp account

How to delete your account and the data backed up with it

In the app

Open PrayUp, go to Settings → Your data, and tap Delete All Data. After you confirm, your account and everything backed up to it are deleted straight away, and your log is cleared from that phone.

If you no longer have the app

Email support@qwiku.com from the address you use to sign in to PrayUp, with the subject "Delete my PrayUp account". If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, write from any address and tell us which sign-in method you used; we'll confirm it's you before deleting anything.

What is deleted

your account and sign-in details;
your backed-up prayer log, dhikr sessions, intentions, good deeds, notes and favorite duas.

In the app this happens immediately. For an emailed request, we delete them within 30 days of confirming it, and we'll email you when it's done.

Data on your phone

Delete All Data also clears the log on the phone you use it on. On any other phone, uninstall PrayUp to remove what's stored there. On Android, your phone's own Google backup may also hold a copy of app data; you can remove it in your Google account's backup settings.
