My prayer times differ from my mosque's
Choose the calculation method your mosque or local authority follows, and the Asr rule: Settings → Prayer times → Calculation settings. PrayUp offers 22 published methods, including Morocco (Habous), Umm al-Qura and Muslim World League.
Does PrayUp work offline?
Yes. Prayer times and the Qibla are calculated on your phone, and the dua catalog is kept on the phone after the first launch. The 99 Names need one connection to download, and each Hadith collection can be downloaded for offline reading.
Do I need an account?
No. Everything works without one, logging prayers included. An account only backs up your record so it can follow you to another device.
How do I change the language?
Settings → Language. PrayUp is fully available in English and Arabic.
Reminders aren't arriving
Check that notifications are allowed for PrayUp in your phone's settings. On Android, also allow alarms and reminders for PrayUp so reminders fire on time.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Your data → Delete All Data. It deletes your account, its backup and the log on that phone. See Delete account for more.
